My dishwasher wasn’t draining, I called Jr Appliance Appliance and they came out same day. The repair man looked at my dishwasher, found out the drain pump went out. Garrett and Cole were great. Came out next day, diagnosed the problem and told me of a possible second issue that could arise. The fixed the shocks and then the sensor actually went out too. They only charged me for the original repair and the cost of the part on the second. These guys are fast, knowledgeable, honest, professional and all round a pleasure to deal with.
